1.1 Can I buy tickets via joshuaradin.co.uk?

You can now buy tickets via joshuaradin.co.uk. Our ticketing service is powered by Crowdsurge. Simply click on the date you wish to purchase a ticket for, select the available tickets and proceed with payment. All transactions will go via our secure payment system.

1.2 I've never heard of CrowdSurge. Is it a proper ticket agency?

All Crowdsurge tickets are sourced directly from promoters and venues. Crowdsurge is not an auction site. 1.3 What happens once I have purchased my tickets?

You will receive a transaction confirmation email from joshuaradin-cs@warnerartists.com. This is not confirmation of your ticket purchase. Your ticket purchase confirmation email will come from Crowdsurge. Only once you have received this is your ticket purchase confirmed.

1.4 What if tickets aren’t available for the date I want?

If tickets aren’t available for selection, this unfortunately means the seats have sold out.

1.5 What if I am having problems with the checkout process?

Please ensure all of your details, including your payment details, are correct. If you have persistent problems with the checkout page, you can contact our customer service team on joshuaradin-cs@warnerartists.com.

1.6 What happens if I have problems once my tickets have been confirmed by Crowdsurge?

All ticketing enquiries should be directed to Crowdsurge directly. All contact information can be found in your ticket purchase confirmation email. 1.7 I’ve purchased tickets – where are they?

Once you have purchased tickets and the order has been confirmed, please contact Crowdsurge with your enquiry. Crowdsurge contacts can be found here http://crowdsurge.com/index.php?menu=contact. Joshuaradin.co.uk cannot unfortunately help with any ticket enquiries once purchased.
